SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGES

 

Shipping

  • When placing an order, please ensure the correct delivery address is provided. The company is not responsible for delivery issues once the goods have been shipped. We cannot change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

  • You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, depending on availability and credit card verification. This may take longer for special releases or holidays. Please note that Serund does not ship on weekends. 

  • Serund will notify you by email of the current status and tracking once your item(s) have shipped. If a product is out of stock, you will be contacted by our customer service.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@serundofficial.com to fill out the return form. Ensure that the completed form is included with the returned item.

  • Items purchased during seasonal sales or promotional events cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • The cost of shipping returned goods is the responsibility of the buyer. The return address will be provided after contacting info@serundofficial.com. 

Exception: If the goods received are different (type, color, size) from the original order, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. 

Exception: If the product size does not fit properly, we will gladly arrange an exchange for clients based in Yerevan, Armenia.

  • Returns must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging 

  • No signs of washing, wear or damage 

  • Tags must not be damaged or removed 

  • No stains, hairs or odours

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.

  • We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.

  • The refund process begins once we receive and inspect the returned item for any damage. This can take up to 5-7 days.

  • Depending on your bank, the refund period may vary. Generally, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the inspection is completed.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
